Apple can be proud with the confidence of its customers. JD Power, which Apple keynotes usually excel in their studies for quality and user satisfaction of a good range of products, has made this study especially valuing performance with ease of use , design and style, features and price.
Interestingly, another factor that influences the final of JD Power studies is the frequency with which a user moves the device to another person. In the case of the iPad 51% of customers would lend itself to at least one other person , a good figure considering that is directly related to the final satisfaction index. At the end of the day, the more you like a more want people close to you to try it.
